Shipping and return policy
It is very important to us that you are satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied with your order, please let us know within 2 weeks of receipt. Email us via the contact form to receive the cancellation form.
Conditions for return
1. After receiving the order, the consumer has the right to dissolve the contract within 14 days without giving reasons (right of withdrawal). The cooling-off period begins when the consumer has received the (complete) order.
2. During the reflection period, the consumer has the right to dissolve the contract without giving reasons. During the reflection period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care. He/she will unpack or use the product only to the extent necessary to assess whether he/she wishes to keep the product. If he or she exercises the right of withdrawal, he or she must return the product to the seller unused and undamaged, with all its accessories and in the original shipping packaging, according to the instructions provided by the entrepreneur.
3. The right of withdrawal does not exist if the products are manufactured according to its specifications or have only a short shelf life.
4. The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the consumer.
5. The product must have a tracking code.
6. The consumer may use a withdrawal form provided by the seller. The seller is required to make it available to the consumer immediately upon request.
Our products have a delivery time of between 3 and 12 business days. This delivery time depends in part on how quickly our logistics partner handles orders. We strive to receive the consumer's order as quickly as possible.
